Water-based degreasing cleaner Tobikamaritt To-bi Chemical

This product is a powerful water-based degreasing cleaner primarily composed of non-ionic surfactants. It is ideal for pre-treatment before metal plating and metal painting. It can be used on all types of metals.

【Features】 - Capable of cleaning all types of materials! - Economical as it is diluted with water from 5 to 100 times! - Non-corrosive. - Has excellent degreasing power equivalent to trichloroethylene. - No unpleasant odors, toxicity, or hazards. - Can be used at room temperature. - Can be added to acidic solutions for pre-treatment before plating, allowing for simultaneous degreasing and rust removal. - This product does not contain the following chemicals or any chemicals composed of them: PCB / Arsenic compounds / Lead compounds / Chromium compounds / Cadmium compounds / Cyanide compounds / Organotin compounds / Mercury compounds. 【Waste Liquid Treatment】 - Waste liquid containing oil after degreasing should be treated according to factory oil disposal methods. Heating the waste liquid above 70°C will cause the oil and fat to separate and float to the top. Since Tobikamaritt itself has a pH of 9.0 to 9.4, please neutralize it with acid before disposal. 【Technical Data】 【Temperature and Degreasing Power】 - The degreasing power increases with temperature, depending on the type of oil attached to the non-cleaned items. However, above 50°C, the effectiveness does not change, and some components may gradually decompose, which may lead to a decrease in cleaning power, so please be cautious.
